Gunfight with APBN at Rohingya camp, ARSA commander killed

Abdul Hussain Majhi, a top leader of the Rohingya terrorist group ARSA (Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army), was killed in a gunfight with the Armed Police Battalion (APBN) at the Ukhiya Rohingya camp in Cox’s Bazar. At this time, a large number of weapons, bullets, walkie-talkies, mobiles and sims were recovered.
The gunfight took place at Ukhiya 17 No. Camp at around 7 am on Monday (July 10). 14 APBN Captain (Additional DIG) Syed Harun Ur Rashid confirmed this.
He said that APBN surrounded the surrounding area after receiving information about the location of ARSA terrorists next to Camp-17 on Monday morning. At that time, ARSA terrorists fired at the police. At this time, APBN also fired back. ARSA commander Abdul Hussain Majhi’s body was found lying on the ground after the gunfight. During this time, a large number of weapons, bullets, walkie-talkies, mobiles and sims were recovered.
He added that the deceased Hussain Majhi is accused in multiple murder cases. The operation is still ongoing. Efforts are on to arrest the rest of the terrorists.
